Croatia - Rovinj - nealeb

We arrived in Rovinj.....there are quite a few paradises in this world....and I think we found another! Rovinj was originally an island and was connected to the mainland in 1763.

The old town sits out on a little peninsula, so nothing is too far from the sea, including our favourite coffee spot (which becomes drinks later in the day when we watch the sun set over the water). It has a colourful arrangement of stools and cushions right on the water and, once you sit down and enjoy watching the crystal clear, turquoise water lapping the rocks and the boats passing, it is very difficult to move!

Rovinj old town rises up towards the St Euphemia church.

We did a cruise around the islands close the Rovinj - a beautiful, clear and warm day.
